Don’t mess with Woody Harrelson’s puppies and Twinkies.
McDonagh always writes some great twists; this was a pretty fun film to watch — I enjoy when McDonagh weaves in and out of the main story with the explained exposition of all of the “psychopaths.”
I didn’t realize McDonagh likes to work with his actors on multiple projects. Sam Rockwell is hilarious and takes the cake and high praise for this movie.
I can’t explain it, but this movie was just missing something for me. Thoroughly enjoyed it, don’t get me wrong, but I didn’t get the same emotional payoffs as I did for In Bruges or Three Billboards.
Christopher Walken as Hans was very nuanced for Mr. Walken.
