There’s something about a miyazaki film that feels like it could expand infinitely. The worlds he creates are overflowing with life, motion, growth; we are fortunate enough to see even the smallest parts of them. It’s like his mind is ALMOST too big to fit on the screen, and every inch of it drips with intention.
On another note, there’s something almost gelatinous about his films that make me wanna put them in my mouth and chew on it like a gummy bear(?)
