Thanks Ryan in the past. I have never let myself down THIS much.
Character motivations are absurd. Mostly all characters are unlikable. Kevin Smith really missed with the script here. Because there is a GREAT story somewhere in here.... It just gets washed away in soooo much unnecessary character motivations, and easy-to-avoid drama.
I remember loving this movie back then.... Upon rewatch I was STRUGGLING to find why. There was ONE single scene that featured a genuine heart pouring of affection from a character.... But even that, in a sense, was undeserved.
I actually purchased this movie the other day remembering how much i liked it...... Now the movie CASE is worth way more than the disk to me now.
