After so many films editing time and its particularities in human coexistence, Nolan finally looks at it all with guilt. Oppenheimer is probably his most complex and well-developed protagonist. A man who achieves the singularity of his actions and observes the consequences of his creations like a cursed genius. It's his most well-justified verbiage since "Inception", his most stunning visuals since "Interstellar", his most tense story since "Dunkirk", and his most questionable protagonist since "The Dark Knight". Jennifer Lame made her second unbelievable partnership with Nolan. Three hours of dialogue and countless characters that don't confuse, in addition to several contradictory tones that build very well this advance of the apocalypse that Americans don't realize when they celebrate the advance of destruction in the other. Göransson is the final crown in all of "Oppenheimer" incredible sound work; the nightmare and the glory of Cillian Murphy. Nolan in great command of his narrative as one of the best names in Hollywood right now. I don't believe many of his detractors. He is not a cold, simplistic, robotic filmmaker behind the camera. Aware of his passion for the megalomania that cinema can provide, Nolan visits and revisits the corners of time without a correct linearity, understanding the power of a good story about one of the most terrible conclusions we have ever had about ourselves.
