Before the days of The Book of Mormon BASEketball and South Park, Trey Parker and Matt Stone’s very first movie together was a western musical by the name of: Cannibal! The Musical.
You can see all the foundations that Parker and Stone would use for South Park. Perfect comedic timing with impressive musical sequences. And unlike most other movies with such a low budget, I don’t pay attention to it as much with this one. That just shows how good it is.
Definitely check this one out if you enjoy South Park. It’s free to watch in a bunch of different places.
