Ohhhhhhh yeah, one of those, and all within a traveling structure- game over for me.
Excellent screenwriting. I feel motif of the generations of immigrants relates to where Jesse Eisenberg is at as a writer and director. Love the scope and perspective of this film. Realistically deep with a pragmatic approach. I feel it, in my bones.
Kieran Culkin, holy smokes. Nomination worthy. This makes me want to finally watch Succession. Doing Twin Peaks for Blank Check broke back the appreciation for tv. I don’t like where the industry is in blurring the lines with films, but I good goddamn. The energy felt, I am so engrossed. Another easy top 10 of the year viewed this month. I can’t wait to show my Mom this.
