I watched Beetlejuice Beetlejuice while drinking Fanta's Beetlejuice "flavour" soda. It was so chemically fake I felt my insides melting. I almost spilled my guts. That might be a spoiler. Joking aside, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice is very fun. There is way too much going on but it's never dull. In the opening credits we get that signature Danny Elfman tune kick in and the nostalgia hits you full on. I was reminded of watching Batman Returns on VHS in the early nineties. And Beetlejuice Beetlejuice might well be one of Burton's best films since then...
