this seems to have the opposite issue Django unchained has because the film's overall pacing is immaculate and i wouldn't cut a single second while there are plenty of individual scenes that (by this third watch) seem to go on a little too long (I'd cut a sentence here and there from about half the scenes in the movie tbh) but that also doesn't matter because by the time the next scene's started everything else but the image currently on screen matters.
in fact, this is probably the only film that encourages me to only think about the present, because out with that extended sequence with the queludes towards the end, most of the scenes act as vingettes first and foremost, which really contributes to the film's excellent pacing (say it with me now! it really doesn't feel like three hours!)
