not great by any means, but it moves along nicely, and it's reasonably well made, i think. it's average, but there's no shame in being average. most people & things are average. if everything was great, then being great would be average.
but i have to dock it a 1/2 point because i did see the surprise coming, which means that probably every single person in the world will see the surprise coming. i'm the guy who never, ever guesses the twist. all those times where smart-alecks say 'you'd have to be a moron not to see that coming?' i'm the moron who never sees it coming. but i saw this coming, which says something about its obviousness.
but it passed 90 minutes nicely, so don't judge so harshly, i say. there's lots of movies that don't do that. this one did.
