As a person who doesn't tend to get on well with slow-burners, I did struggle with The Witch. Which probably wasn't aided by watching at noon, with my phone right next to me and my mum cleaning the bathroom across the way.
I feel I would've got a slightly different feeling had I watched in the cinema but I still don't think I would've loved it. Another film that suffers due to me taking too long to watch it and seeing loads of good reviews.
Other than that, it was intriguing and if it ever ventures back to the big screen, I'll give it another go.
