“I TERMINATED ITS FAMILY.”

Unexpected banger, one of the best of the year, animated or otherwise. Funny, sweet, and absolutely gorgeous. Did feel ‘by the book’ at times, and the pacing left something to be desired, but I had a great time with this. Voice actors were absolutely crushing it. Makes Inside Out 2 look like trash. Well, trashier.

Stephanie Hsu does a great Makoto Niijima impression.
