Steve Jobs is phenomenal. It's a perfect screenplay being executed in the best way possible. I think I would go as far as to say this may be a perfect film. There's absolutely nothing I disliked and there's so much to love. There's an argument within the second act that's edited to happen simultaneously with another argument from the same characters, it shouldn't work but it does; it really felt like watching truly special. I'm floored by how impressed I am about this, I don't know a whole lot about Steve Jobs as a person but I like this evidently flawed character portrayed here. Fassbender and Winslet are like the two Cinderella glass slippers to this film, they fit perfectly in. (Also very lovely to see Rogen pulling some serious drama here, works amazingly.) Steve Jobs is a masterpiece in my eyes.
*Side note: How did this get snubbed of everything but acting nominations at the Oscars? What a real shame this didn't even get a best original screenplay nom because it deserved it.
