One of the most emotional movies I have seen this year with a strong strong score that elevated every scene. Despite the somewhat simple story the themes hit hard and I really enjoyed the honest view of nature and themes of stepping up into parenthood. The movie was also gorgeous with its forest environments and use of lighting and colors.
The other thing that stood out to me was how creative they got with Roz and her movement, constantly mimicking animals and different arms and contraptions popping out with the hollow hexagonal core. Definitely my favorite animated movie of this year so far
