I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this given the pretty negative reviews I've read. Sure the film has issues with its final act namely the absolutely atrocious CGI but to me that doesn't negate the admirable performance of child actor Shree Crooks who carries the film on her back from start to finish. Is the film amazing? No, but I had a great time in this world and with the mystery. 3.5/5 stars.
