Really really really wanted to love this movie, I was so excited for it, but this just wasn’t for me. The black & white cinematography was stunning, the music, production design and sound design were all great. Everything from a technical standpoint, I was 100% behind. Pattinson and Dafoe were awesome. But the lack of narrative really left me bored for most of the film. It just feels so meandering and pointless at times. It also doesn’t help that half the time you can barely understanding what’s being said.. There are some great scenes but the film just didn’t make a lot of sense, it was absolutely bizarre hahaha. It is quite funny at times. Very very disappointed tho:/
