first robert altman movie i’ve seen <3 perfect blend between satire and thriller. with a morally grey main character! dreamlike quality and commentary on hollywood brings to mind films like mulholland drive and barton fink. but it’s played more dryly. works so well in my opinion! i never thought i’d find a fax machine so incredibly unsettling ..
