Writer/Director Marc Forster and actress Blake Lively do an excellent job of putting you in the protagonist’s POV, you get excited when she’s starting to see things, and anxious when she isn’t.
The film’s central relationship is extremely well written, complex and interesting, it’s about jealousy, insecurity, dependence, independence, ungratefulness and control, all done with a very innovative concept.
There’s a few plot holes, but they are easily resolved in one’s mind, specially when you are so invested in a story, like I was with this one.
