FINALLY GOT TO SEE IT!!! NO ONE HAS EVER OR WILL EVER OUT MOTHER MAXINE FUCKING MINX. YES I AUDIBLY WHISPERED MOTHER EVERYTIME SHE CAME ON SCREEN, WHAT ABOUT IT?
I have so much to say. I need to start out by saying I absolutely loved it but it was definitely the weakest of the trilogy. Some things felt clunky and we didn't really get to know any of the characters they were kind of just there one scene and dead the next. That's my main criticism I really wish we got to explore the other characters more.
I was the person saying I NEEDED a scene with Maxine and her father and it did not disappoint. Again I can see how people didn't like it, didn't think it clicked but I really enjoyed it. The scene where she kills him had me bound and gagged I was reciting the mantra with her.
All I'm saying is I would do ANYTHING to be the guy in the alley and Kevin Bacon when she beat the absolute shit out of him. Mia Goth please hit me up
Adored the callbacks to Pearl, right from the scene where Maxine was auditioning, "terrible, awful, murderous things," I was giggling and kicking my feet.
Cast was excellent and they're all so hot except Kevin Bacon like I was thirsting for all the women and the movie store guy. The movie does have it's flaws but I still had the best time watching it and can't wait to watch it again. This movie is my entire personality so RIP to everyone who knows me irl.
Maxine canon bisexual I don't make the rules. I know damn well that her and Elizabeth fucked and had a relationship if you watched the movie you know it's true.
Mia Goth and Maxine Minx you will always be famous and number one in my heart
