A void in me has been filled. I see my surroundings differently. I'm a little less empty now, all because of Columbus. This is more than a film; its a symphony of passion and dreams and broken hearts. It slowly seeps out of the restrictions of the frame to affect the world around you. Kogonada makes architecture feel like entering a new universe, each twist of metal and unorthodox design holds its own secrets and helps our characters in unleashing their own. This film could not have come at a better time for me, and I truly am in awe of how perfect this is.
