This is the first time I’ve seen this film. While it didn’t hit me quite as hard as it had done so for many people, I found the message of the film to be incredibly heartfelt. Stewart is an all time greatest actor and his performance, yet again, is outstanding. The film is timeless and really works today despite its 1946 release date. Everything within the film is incredibly likable and it’s a super easy watch. I can completely understand it’s cultural relevance. If you’re life me and haven’t seen it, I highly recommend that you check it out!
