The mystery about the creature, the simple and relatable premise and the good timing with the jump scare made this short film a winner.
Unfortunately, all was dumbed-down in the film.
The monster design here is much better than the one used in the movie. It's really scary despite the "plastic" look. But, at least, the actress that played the victim was present in the film as a minor character.
