It's surprising to think about the taboos in a country of 1.3 billion people. There's hypocrisy and then there's the moral police uncle and aunties.
In the middle of a scarcely resourced place the innocent minds find happiness, acceptance and love. Captured in the middle of such a dreamy place are the growing aspirations and desires of teenage kids, who has certain freedoms as long as it is 'fit for our culture'. Rima Das portrays Assam beautifully and quite realistically which makes this one a very satisfying and poignant watch.
