would've preferred a lib-brained embarrassment or even an insane right-wing screed over this emptiness. catastrophic decision by Garland to remove politics from his "satire"... movie has no real stakes and nothing to say. ultimately fails as a movie about journalism and barely scrapes by as a movie about urban warfare. not provocative or interesting... honestly kind of cowardly!
