i rarely like action films bc they usually desensitize violence and sex and have shitty scripts, so it's pretty damn cool that this one criticized that very desensitization and had an incredible screenplay - "dad, there's like, whores here and stuff." the 70s vibes are immaculate, and i loved that it didn't take itself too seriously, had characters with *gasp* actual empathy, and actually gave female characters personalities. it's nice to see fuck-up protagonists that want to destroy the capitalist establishment - i'm never watching a marvel movie again :)
