effortlessly takes the worst fears and paranoias of stranger danger culture that started in the 80s and turns it into a tense mystery narrative that culminates as a microcosm of the best and worst case scenarios the people involved can go through, ideas of retributive justice enacted by both keller and detective loki only furthering to escalate trauma and harm on themselves and those around them, it’s absolutely horrible and painful to watch but christ, it is *good* cinema
