garland’s prowess is as present as ever, displaying the end of the US as something so horrifying, but beautiful in some ways?
incredible performances from everyone, but spaeny and moura are my two highlights. plemons is incredibly haunting for the short time he’s there, too.
i haven’t felt like this in a theater in ages, and probably in my entire life? such a harrowing tale of how far we can go to capture the impossible.
