this movie man. how ironic is it that this film about a broken man clinging onto a straw of relevance trying to break through the industry once more stars Michael Keaton who coincidentally, is also trying to make a comeback in the industry. Everything about this movie was cinema at its best and I will never be able to recommend this enough to everybody. perfectly encapsulates the destruction of a man, who debatably, could also be considered one’s freedom. The performances, camera work and insightful dialogue are some of the very best. The deconstruction of the main character’s ego was done so well and everything done in this film underlies more meaningful themes than people think
