Kicked off holiday movie season by VERY belatedly watching — and enjoying — this for the first time.

Just stunning to look at, and the story wasn't all what I expected. Jack isn't doing it out of malevolence. He genuinely thinks he can be a good Sandy Claws, that he's doing the real Santa a favor, and he's just bored of his own deal and thrilled by the idea of doing another holiday for a while.
