At the age of 94, Clint Eastwood proves that he can still get the job done as a director.
So this movie showcases Eastwood's signature ability to let a story breathe, centering it around strong character work and moral complexity.
This is a film that is gripping and anxious to hold your attention in a thrilling narrative.
It's more of a story of ethics and what you should do vs what you would do and that's the strong postive of the film. It held my attention for the most part revisiting vibes of a contemporary 12 angry men.
Some of the choices leave the audience with a few question marks, but it has an ending that keeps you thinking.
Juror 2 is a masterclass on using tension to drive an engaging narrative also with strong performances.
