I don’t know where Josh Hartnett’s been, but it’s kind of a travesty he hasn’t been used like this sooner. He makes this as entertaining as it is and without him, this movie would’ve fell flat on its face. With that said, this is a pretty generic psychological thriller. The first half is a really good build-up and I love the chaotic and claustrophobic atmosphere inside the concert. But when we leave the stadium, it is pretty much all downhill from there. The second half is just really messy and it lost me with the overuse of twists that weren’t even unpredictable. Nepo baby Saleka Shyamalan somewhat holds it together and I loved the modern tactic of using Instagram Live which reminded me of the Note App scene in Hitman. The movie is a fun time, but other than Josh Hartnett, this is pretty forgettable.
