He also frequently represents landowners with respect to matters involving traditional uses of federal public lands, including livestock grazing and rights of access, and the negotiation of customary uses of private land, such as surface use agreements, rights-of-way, easements, oil and gas leases, and private land leases for the development of wind energy.
