Regio Grodnensis[1] (Albaruthenice Гродзенская вобласць) est regio administrativa Rutheniae Albae, anno 1938 constituta.
In parte occidentali Rutheniae Albae sita, regio Grodnensis cum Lithuania ad septentrionem, Polonia ad occidentem et regionibus Rutheniae Albae Minscensi ad orientem et Brestensi ad meridiem contermina est. Aream 25 127 chm2 et circa 1 039 milia incolarum (anno 2019) habet. Caput regionis est Grodna. Aliae urbes sunt Lida, Osmiana, Novogardia Lituanica, Slonima, Volkovisca etc. Nemenus flumen per regionem fluit, Vilia et Beresina Occidentalis accolae eius sunt.
