Overview

The main track of second drama CD follows an original story exploring how Ciel first met Lau: A Chinese nobleman named Lee was searching for a bride and murdering the women if their feet were too large to fit his late mother's foot-binding shoes and dumping their footless corpses. After Ciel questioned Lau because the victims were given opium before their deaths, Lau went to warn Lee. Lee then demanded for Ran-Mao to be his next bride candidate. Having secretly followed Lau to Lee's home, Ciel arranged to pose as Ran-Mao at the wedding and ordered Sebastian to kill Lee after they confirmed that he was the murderer. This was orchestrated by Lau; he intentionally led Ciel and Sebastian to Lee's home since the man was a hindrance to Lau's illegal business. In return for "protection" from Ciel as the Watchdog, Lau agrees to become one of his informants.

The "Sebastian's Butler Voice" and "Grelle's Butler Voice" tracks are a sort of audio dating simulator, with Sebastian and Grelle (in disguise as Angelina Dalles' butler) interacting with a silent guest (the listener) to the Phantomhive household. Although they seemingly show affection toward/romantic interest in the guest/listener at first, Grelle and Sebastian clear up the misunderstanding and harshly reject them at the end of the track when they visit the butler's bedroom for an unsuccessful seduction. Grelle also steals the guest/listener's dress to seduce Sebastian with, having learned earlier that he had complimented it in his own track.

"That Master, Crossdressing" is a "deleted scene"-style track of Sebastian, Angelina, Lau, Grelle, and Ran-Mao instructing Ciel in dance, feminine voice, and seduction before Aleister Chamber's party in the Red Butler Arc. It also includes an extended version of the corset scene in Chapter 8 and makes references to the extra "Madame Red's Lesson on How to be a Proper English Lady" from Volume 2.
