We are a mom and pop frozen dessert shop serving Austin, Texas and surrounding communities since 1994. We have been serving our Italian Water-Ice for 30 years.

Water-Ice is “Not your ordinary Snowcone“. It is a velvety textured smooth ice made fresh everyday using pureed fruit. It contains no fat, no cholesterol, gluten free and is the ideal ice cream alternative for those who are lactose intolerant. Water-Ice is a perfect summer treat to beat the Texas heat.

In 2012, with the goal of expanding our menu, Jim took the 100+ year old ice cream short course at Penn State University. We are now serving our own line of homemade “Premium” Ice Cream. A super creamy and delicious ice cream made from local Texas dairies and quality ingredients.

Aside from our shop on 6th street, you can also enjoy our water-ice at Deep Eddy Pool (inside the Concession Stand) and Barton Springs Pool. You can also find our carts at various events and festivals in and around Austin.

We are one of Austin’s premier caterers. We cater small and large events, from birthday parties to corporate events, fundraisers and carnivals. We can bring one of our carts to your event to serve our refreshing Italian Water-ice or we can deliver our pre-scooped ice cream to one of your ice cream socials.
