Hey thanks for playing! You heal 1 hp at the end of every round. I agree it could use some balancing, I would definitely make some more tweaks to it if I had more time but I was scrambling to just get everything working.

I liked the concept here, but adding some friction to the spaceship's movement would make it a lot more controllable, it was pretty difficult to navigate to the rocks after I figured out that was the goal. The spaceship/space-truck model is cute though along with the main menu art!

I really enjoyed the writing that's here along with the art, and I was just starting to feel invested in the plot when it finished. Nice job, I just wish I got to see more of this story.

Hey I thought this is was a cool concept for an auto shooter. I think that the range of the attacks might be too short though, it felt pretty hard to hit enemies with the claw and tail attacks. I also found that if you just ran in a straight line you could avoid the enemies for a long time. The cat laser eyes are awesome though and the UI is solid!

Hey I enjoyed this,  and I liked the variety of enemy sprites! I think aesthetically it might look cooler if the map was dark and the moonlight rays were shinning through clouds above.

Hey, thanks for the feedback! I agree the boundaries aren't clear enough, I'll likely be updating that once the jam review period is finished.

Hey were you holding RMB? Its like Hyper Light Drifter, you hold RMB to aim and then press LMB to shoot while holding RMB. Sorry if that wasn't clear, I've updated the controls description to include that detail.

Super creative idea and fits the theme so well! I could see this being a full game

I love the idea here but it could really use some 4 on the floor type dance music that emphasizes clicking on the beats.

Love this! Would never have thought to do an r/place style game for this jam but it fits the theme perfectly!

Really cute aesthetic to this game, nicely done!

Hi this is great! All the movement mechanics were well with each other and the great level design! Really well executed, and the aesthetic is great. I think more frequent checkpoints would be nice though

Hey I really loved the art and idea for this game! I think that navigating around the enemies is maybe too easy though and that the boss is too bullet spongy. But I really enjoyed playing this!

This game can be pretty difficult but I loved it! Also this aesthetic is so good!

I love this game, it made me feel so uncoordinated at first haha! But really great execution, I love the art style!

This is such a creative idea! I also loved the intro animation!

Hey I'd love to hear more about this, my discord is videonoise if you want to add me

If you like HLD's music too, I take a lot of inspiration from Disasterpeace. So if you're ever looking for someone to help with music & sfx on a jam, lmk!

As a big Hyper Light Drifter fan, this is definitely my favorite game I've seen from this jam. So well executed! The combat feels challenging but fluid, the presentation and art are fantastic, and its super cute! Amazing job here!

The art and presentation here are incredible, I'd love seeing how this game was made!

Great idea for this game for this theme! I loved the puzzle design! Wish there was more content, and also some sound effects would've made this amazing.

Haha I'm glad the jump scares worked, thanks for checking it out!

Super creative idea for this theme, I love it! I think the gameplay gets a bit repetitive at the later days, but the entire aesthetic of this game is so well executed.

Hey this game was great! An awesome interpretation of the theme, and the puzzles were really good, they're challenging because of good design, not because of frustrating mechanics. I love the color choices and UI design, along with the music being implemented really nicely.

This is a really cool concept, I think it gets a little repetitive but I definitely enjoyed it!

Really enjoyed this, I had a similar concept with this lightning mechanics here and I have to say this teams implementation is better than the one I made on my own. The art and music are both great, and the music is implemented in a really seamless way!

I love the art here! Wish it had some music and audio to go with it, along with some more canvases with ducks to find :)

This was awesome, the lighting, music, and gameplay mechanics were great. I think some more environment variety would make this even better!

Hey great job here! I think it would be beneficial to have a camera zoom control, or to have it automatically zoom in and out at certain points, because there were times that I couldn't see the platform I was supposed to jump or flip over to and I just had to take a leap of faith and guess.

Great game, the movement feels really fluid! Also nice music!

I ran out of time to code that, but thanks for playing!

Thanks for playing! Next time I make a jam on my own I might try to get some play testers cause it can be hard to judge difficulty by yourself when you're the only one who made the game lol, I was afraid of making the maze too difficult to navigate.

Yeah I agree,  I just ran out of time to code that system so I tried to make the atmosphere insinuate that risk, thanks for playing!

Hey we actually had extremely similar concepts for our games with the core mechanic of the flashlight. And I loved the pixel art!

Hey I loved the aesthetic of this game. I got stuck trying to figure out how to get back up the cliff after getting the special orb, but I really enjoyed playing it!

We're mid 20s so thats totally fine, here's my https://discord.com/invite/TjfAAvh9

Hi, like the title says I do all 3, my main programming experience is in Unity but I'm down to work in any engine. I like making music in a lot of different styles so I'm confident I can match whatever game idea we go with, here's my previous work :)
