Thank you so much!

I had to make it clearer, but you can swap items or you can drop one into your hand by double right clicking :D

But it's true that I should explain it better

I really liked Paranoid Shopping Spree

https://heraldod.itch.io/paranoid-shopping-spree

I would qualify it as Best Game Feel (Game Juice)

Yep, totally.
On normal conditions, I think I wouldn't finish this game.
But now I have a pretty solid base to keep working

Thank you! ^^ There's 2 more crops right now in game, you unlock them by selling the previous crops multiple times

I'm planning on adding more things and enhancing the experience overall

Ohhh I think it's because the cursor moves the camera at the borders. Maybe it was that

I has to be fixed :c Sorry about that

I sounds super good to be honest! Good luck with the project ♥

I really liked the concept of the game, a little twitst on the concept of the jam
The visuals are pretty good!
The only thing is that I lost my first game I think because i didn't recognized the 'dog tounge' or something like that... I would like to have a book or something to help me know what part is what

Also, you could add more difficult by making them move aroud :D But that's just an idea

Let's Go!

I really liked the art style on the customers! It's so stylish

Thank you SO much for playing the game! ♥

You are right, I'll add a little tutorial on the Itch page

The plan was to have like 5 different crops, upgrades to your shop, your water can, your boxes, the market , etc etc etc Especially audio
But I think I overscoped with this project haha

The day night cycle was one of the latest aditions to the game, so, a clock was on paper, but no in game :c

I think the background is a little bit distracting

Some enemies are barely visible, and I feel that the jump is not very usefull haha I played only healing and attacking

But it's a nice job!

This is how we are going to buy groceries on a few years

I better be prepared playing this game

Simple mechanics well executed
I'm curious of how the enemy thinks if will take another card or not. Is it random?

Nice little game ♥
I would like to see more content

Very chill game and cute looking ♥
I would like to see more variations of the houses and, as others mentioned, more in-depth fly controll
But even though, it's a very adorable game!

I didn't expect this game to be so fun haha
If you put a timer with microseconds, I would definitely speedrun it

I love that when you buy and put the sunglasses, the screen gets darker
And you can slip on water is you are not paying attention, details like that, makes this game better

Nice job!

Haha it's ok! it's not a complaint just something funny that happens
Still, thank you for your amazing game!

I have a screenshot haha

I think it happend because I killed another slime, which killed my Druid at the same time and my card action arrow was still on play... idk something

Fast, simple and to the point, made me do math very fast

My biggest problem was a little bit of lag while facing forward

My final title was "Home Delivery Consumer" :D

This is so fun to play!
You have to get use to the movement and the mechanics, but once you do that, you can really enjoy a full run until it's impossible to walk haha
My score is 68696

Just some notes, I would change the mouse button to right, to feel more like games as LoL or some RTS games (AoE)  where you select with left and move with right

Also, I would increase the ammount of W-E-R-T abilities you have

But only that! Great job! ♥

Post your game here and I'll play it, rate it and leave a comment! ♥

Here's mine:

Okay, this game is awesome! ♥ This is contendient to 1st place of the Jam
The music is pretty good, the visual are fantastic and the game loop wants me to keep playing

I didn't realized that in my game, there was no characters other than enemies until I see the screenshots haha
Also, my game bugged at my 3rd run :c An inmortal slime with 0 hp killed me

I think the thing that I can complain is that the passive colored cards are not very helpful.. Sure they give you stats or something but also make your draws/hands worst and it feels like i should not play them. Maybe it's just my perception

Other than that, the game is amazing haha i'll play more later today tbh

Thank you so much for the feedback! ♥

Yes, in fact, the crops were even slower early the development and there was a lot of waiting, since I didn't have much time playtasting the entire game (I think I've only beat it like 3 or 4 times). It's considerably faster than before, but I'm aware that it's not perfect

And you are right! The Tarots needs to be more positive than negative, that way, would be more fun to play, but only for some tarot, I wanted a little bit of risk/reward. Also Luck affects things like the crops increasing or decreasing water or love level, and was planned to affect if you receive Tips or not, but time was rough :c
I was planning to add every Tarot card (Like 22 cards I think) plus Inversed Cards, all of them with different abilities, but as you might guess, I was not able to implement them

The game is totally inspired by a very old game called "Alice Greenfingers" wich have the same way of controlling the character and farm
Assignin a queue of actions and watching you character reacting in order is so satisfaying haha I liked it a lot

Thank you so much for playing!! ♥

It's funny because the visuals are just sprites and animations made fast. They're placeholders because I wanted to make cute sprites with a soft color palette, but didn't have much time

And yes :/ Also I was thinking on a dialog system for a short tutorial, so much stuff I wanted to add

That's the jam spirit, stick to the safe and polishing

Sorry that my game is Windows Only, I tried to make it playable on browser but I didn't have time

Is this the best game of the jam?

It's incredible, so much fun and very polished, I think jam games should be like this, super simple and with lots of __JUICE__

Excelent job! and congrats ❤✨

A little bit hard, but nice job!

I love how this game feels like a clicker, The music, the sound effects and the particles are all very satisfaying! ♥ Nice Job

Thank you so much! Sorry for the lack of Audio
Did you win or lose? :D

(2 edits)

I barely made it haha (I can't post a screenshot but I win with 2 HP and 3 Spiders surrounding me)

The game is very interesting, the instructions are unclear and having so much text is worst. I think the best way to do it is visually, and playing, starting with smaller boards, fewer enemies and increasing the difficulty gradually

Still, the game have a lot of potential! Keep it up ♥

Very good job!

Short and enjoyable game! I would like that you can pick items when the cart is returning to you

It lacks the Limitation of the Jam, but oh well, also, no having SFX is understandable but still a shame

The thing I like the most of the game is that "Shopping" and "Cards as a mechanic" is used very differently than the other games.
This games is finished, funny, not so easy and with good humor

Mom is sad but I have a Golden Nintendo Switch Pro, 10/10

I see! It looks like I didn't unserstand that part at first, no problem then!
Yeah... I'm on the same boat, no music or sfx because of the time haha

I see the theme and the vision of the game, but there's a lot of death time where I'm not doing anything
The waves last a lot and the thieves comes out of nowhere
Overall, it's enjoyable but could be improved with minor tweaks!

Simple and fun, how jams games should be!

Apart from the obvious (sound effects and music), my only complaint is that I played a Square against a Square Customer and lost. But nothing extreamly bad

I really liked it! Congrats!
