It's a jam game, so it has balancing issues. The only end is if you don't meet the target or the ulong max size 😅. Thanks for playing either way, hope you liked it!

Glad that you had fun with it! And thanks for all the ideas!

Hey Bubbon! We haven't forgotten about it, we also want to see it into a full game, but we have another project in the works. Once we are done with that one, we will get back to it! Thanks for the support!

Hey Bubbon, Thank you for your feedback and for the kind words!

The bug that you mentioned I will try to fix it at the end of next week, the issue is that the button to buy the right tile gets at the top of the reroll button, and you essentially buy the tile. From what I've seen if you always reroll from the right part of the button it doesn't happen.

Hey Bubbon, Thanks for the heads up! It should be fixed now.

It's probably an int overflow then. I will change everything to longs.

Thanks! I will investigate.

(1 edit)

This is what we fixed:

- Watermills causing the game to crash was fixed.

- Negative points wasn't fixed, I can't reproduce it. Do you have some steps to reproduce?
- We also fixed another issue with the watermils giving points to tiles in the shop.

- Fixed an issue with the camera not scaling correctly.

- Now you can move the camera with arrows or wasd

- Zoom in / zoom out

- Fixed disappering tiles on the hand.

We will update it next week with some other fixes.

Thanks for your feedback! It definitely needs way more scaling! We have some ideas to balance the game and we definitely have balatro as a reference. We noticed that buildings in general are too overpowered and we will do something about it.

You beat the game! Good job! 😂
The round score scales too little right now, we will update it with a better scale or/and a limit.

Fun game! We also made a balatro like, It was fun to place the items on the scale and have to play with the physics as well. Nice art style as well.

Very nice game! Very good puzzle design, levels were hard! Liked the art style as well. Good job!

Cool game! Very entretaining. Loved the art style and music as well. As a color blind person, it was a bit hard to see which vial was which, but since selecting them marked them on the book it was fine.

Interesting game! I don't see much of the theme tho. Also for future jams, if you want people to play your game  I would try to make a smaller game, 3GB is not something most people will download when you just want to play the game for 5-10 minutes.

Yes, we will upload a windows build as well as soon as the voting period ends. We didn't had time to do it during the jam, because I had to switch platforms to do it and we prioritized webGL, so it's easier for people to play.

The water mill crashes the build when a tile that has earned permanent points spawns again 😢 When the voting period ends I will update the game with a fix.

Very nice art! I got stuck at level 3, with the bridge. I clicked everywhere and I couldn't scale anything. I didn't understand why the bridge disappeard mid way either.

Oh sorry to hear that, just to be clear is pressing the middle button, not scrolling. When the voting part is over we will make an update fixing some issues and add a windows version as well so it's easier to play, hopefull that will fix it.

Happy that you are enjoying it! We will upload a new build without the crash as soon as the game jam rules allow us to :D For now I would avoid the buildings that give permanent points.

You should be able to drag the camera with the middle mouse (only on fullscreen view because of being played on a browser)

Very nice art style!

Fun game! It feels a bit like ddr. My highscore is 600 points. Not sure how good that is 😄

Fun game! It is similar to the one that we made! Liked the ambientation in the ancient rome.

Liked the game and the idea, It reminded me of Once Upon a Time... Life the TV series.

I didn't like how the ship moved, it felt a bit like a weird boat instead of a ship.

Cool art style! Reminded me of downwell.

Fun game and interesting take on the theme. Had a great time solving the puzzles.

Good job on the game! It looks good and it's fun to play, I do feel like the game would be the same without the ray gun.

Interesting idea, I think the ball should always reflect the paddle depending on the position it collides in the paddle, like the original game. Because like this, it can stay in a vertical position and there is no way to break this cycle (or I couldn't find it). Other than that it was good and I also liked the art!

Fun game, it reminded me of thronefall while playing, although different gameplay, same idea of having a tower defense with you also helping around. I think the economy doesn't scale as good as the enemies, also I played several rounds and I only got once one "currency" that wasn't a gear.

Beautiful game! It would be nice to see the "world" more alive with some animations. I would also like the heart to be able to fly like a fairy 😁
Collisions were a bit janky and it was very weird that the hearts that you should collide with yourself, but overall it's a hearthwarming experience!

Cool game! I also had the clock into the rock issue, and also one of the items also clipped through the tower floor, since I was getting them all up first and then throwing them, that way I wouldn't have to climb up less . Some of the areas gave me a bit of a jump scare 😄

Interesting game! I worked on factory games and I believe you need to give a bit of meaning on why are you building stuff, but I liked the concept of zooming out and having a different factory floor that depends on the lower level.

Well crafted and cute!
You got time to do an amazing tutorial as well, impressive!

Cool game! I played 3 hard levels and 1 "easy" level and I had no issues with the hard levels, but I couldn't finish the easy one. I had to jump as a small bird but I couldn't reach the other side 😂. Very interesting level design overall!

Interesting puzzle!
It would have been cool to have a gizmo to scale directly the object instead of a slider, but I get it, it's a jam

At first I was throwing the box on top of the scale and didn't understand that I had to be in the scale too, haha!
Cool idea, it has potential to add tricky mechanics on it!

Protecting the eggs with the mechanics of the classic Tron work perfect on this frenetick version of Snake. Good music, sfx, art... Everything works together!
But it was dificult to turn just on the edges of the stage, I find myself always pressing the buttons too early :^(

Fun idea!
At first I didn't understand the Level Selector, haha! It was too dark and it lack contrast, but good job

I has a good premise, I like the idea that "Overproducing food makes farms derelict.", is a good way of preventing people to abuse a mechanic!
We also made a tiled base game but with domino pieces

The intro with the finger being the cursor is astounding!
Satisfactory and well polished game! I felt like was kinda impossible to get a rewards on late game when the rewards is placed almost centered at the screen, but maybe I'm bad ^^'
