Thank you so much for these. I was using the old (pre-August) versions with Knave, and I am eager to try the updated ones.

Very nice. Thank you so much!

Currently, the character I play in Knave is a scout with some arcane knowledge; he fled his hometown when a newly arrived cult infected the community with prejudice against magic users (“Your people have changed you so much that you no longer recognize them / Their eyes see you as mysterious and sinister / Fearful authorities subject you to arbitrary laws”).

Very inspiring set of tables. I used it several times to define characters for solo playing.

A surprisingly appealing way to bring gaming in novel spaces and situations. I sometimes adopt this rolling method when I’m out for walk, using numbers from signs and license plates instead of coming up with them myself.

Creating a map with this manual is fun in itself, and is also an interesting way to generate a world to explore in a more traditional roleplaying session. On a side note, I truly appreciate the epub and plain text downloads.

I second the request for an actual play! Every time I pick it up (I am a KS supporter) I am surprised by how evocative it feels, and I would love for the game to be more widely known.
