it was meant to be bad, the old version of bo noise was a joke mod, and it was like 2023 at the time it was being created i only found out about this mod because i found the game jolt page and joined the discord i later playtested and enjoyed, it was then canned and brought back to life with a pink hat, and then bo noise actually got his game released finally

why cant yall just make doise an echo fighter, you could just make him slightly more slippery and his move's do minimal damage, its just a hard mode of noise but you become unstoppable when you get the hang of him
