Very fun and cute, loved the SFX, but playing on keyboard is really difficult, the game seems to have really been thought with controllers in mind. Like, I only have so many fingers haha.

We actually always implemented keyboard first, and then later scrambled to add the same level of support for controllers. But now that I look at all the possible keybindings, I can see why that can be overwhelming!

The game is super fun! I am a huge Tower Defense fan, I loved how you play someone who summons the enemies :)

The sound effects are super cute, the levels are fun.

Maybe set a limit as to how many mobs are on the level? It seems like I can just spam Space and win every level :)

Other than that, its super fun! I'd definitely buy this game ;P

What is really missing is the ability to set a space and summon mobs one by one. My hand gets very tired

The game is great, concept is neat, sounds are a work of a stable genius. Keep going! Playing with the controller, all was fine

Some criticism, to avoid sounding too sweet: 

  • game crashed after the lvl when you first get healing. No biggie, honestly
  • producing troops seemed cumbersome to me. Idk if you want my full attention on managing spawners or guiding the spawned units. If you ever expand the game, hope to see some improvements to the balance between player activities

Yeah we don't really understand the random (or maybe not so random) crashes, as we all had different experiences. For me the crash consistently happened after the third level, while for others they could play the whole game without issues. 

You're right about the cumbersome..ness? the plan was indeed to make something that requires you to make choices on what you are focusing on. We barely even made levels to explain all the skills!

Great concept. I you could improve the balancing and create more mechanics, you will get a great puzzle game. We know a lot of tower defense games, could be this a tower attack? hahaha.

The sound effects are hilarious! I really enjoy the game mechanics and being on the offensive side. I would have preferred to see the whole map to get a better idea of what's going on. Very fun game! Great job!

Thanks! Haha, reading through these comments, I think a lot of people did not find our description of the Tab button, which gives a full overview of the map. :P

Really like the art and SFX, but the gameplay feels too boring (just spamming spacebar). The idea of making it a tower defense puzzle game is awesome but the waiting to end the level makes it kinda repetitive

Thanks for your feedback! Indeed due to time there was no way to implement something more engaging than this. We didn't think about a button to speed up in-game time so you don't have to wait so long, but that would've been a great addition, thanks for the suggestion!

Haha, the SFX were very fun and I really like the art style!

The game seems to consistently freeze for me at the end of the level where you get a second summoning portal, but I wish that I could play the rest of the game!

I loved the SFX! I love the idea of a reverse tower defense game, not sure if it works on the scale. The game could've definitely benefited from being on a more concise level, and maybe more focused on the puzzle mechanics.

Thanks for your feedback! Indeed we were planning so much more but ran out of time for more levels to really showcase more the different mechanics for puzzles. Also we would've want to add something to actually think about what you're doing instead of just spamming minions until you win, but unfortunately! Thanks for playing once again!

Cute game! The castle attack sfx was hilarious. I also agree with JHawk Studio's comment about the navigating. Not sure if a minimap with a red box indicating where you are would've work, but enjoyed the game overall.

Neat concept, some pretty cool implications and potential areas to expand upon in the future! Was fun to manage and plan out an attack (it was also nice to be on the attacking Side of a tower defense for a change lol) . Things got pretty crazy in the end which is always fun. My biggest bit of feedback would be that it's a bit difficult to get around/ know what's going on everywhere so maybe in the future you could either make the move speed a bit bigger, or make the map a little smaller / make the camera see more of it, so you can really get a sense of what you're managing.

Thanks for the feedback! Do the 'tab' (or L1) and 'shift' (or L3) buttons help you with this? They respectively zoom you out, and move your spirit faster. The sense of scale was also our intention, to contribute to the theme.

Thanks for the feedback and thanks for playing! Actually you could see the whole map if you pressed 'tab'. Theres a text explaining it in the second level, but maybe indeed you missed it. Would we have more time we would add more levels and also try to introduce these mechanics and/or buttons in a better, smoother way. Appreciate your feedback!
