Saluran kalium penyearah ke dalam yang peka terhadap ATP, saluran kalium 12 adalah saluran ion berpagar lipid yang pada manusia dikodekan oleh gen KCNJ12.[1][2][3][4][5]
Fungsi
[sunting | sunting sumber]Gen ini mengkode saluran K+ penyearah ke dalam yang dapat diblokir oleh kation divalen. Protein ini dianggap sebagai salah satu dari beberapa saluran penyearah ke dalam yang berkontribusi pada arus penyearah ke dalam jantung (IK1). Gen ini terletak di dalam wilayah sindrom Smith-Magenis pada kromosom 17.[5]
