Houston Street (/[invalid input: 'icon']ˈhaʊstən/ HOW-stən) adalah sebuah jalan raya timur-barat besar di Downtown Manhattan, membentang melintasi kota sepanjang pulau Manhattan, dari Franklin D. Roosevelt East River Drive (FDR Drive) dan East River Park di Sungai East ke Pier 40 dan West Street di Sungai Hudson. Jalan ini berperan sebagai perbatasan antar permukiman, Alphabet City, East Village, NoHo, Greenwich Village dan West Village terletak di sebelah utara jalan, dan Lower East Side, sebagian besar the Bowery, Nolita dan SoHo di selatan.
Tata penamaan jalan numerik di Manhattan, dibentuk sebagai bagian dari Commissioners' Plan of 1811, berawal di sebelah utara Houston Street dengan 1st Street di Avenue A, padahal penataan ini belum diberlakukan seluruhnya hingga 13th Street.[1]
"Houston" diucapkan sepert kombinasi kata "house" dan "ton", bukan seperti pengucapan nama kota Houston, Texas.[2]
