The Essential Guide[]
Before we make a final decision and to prevent move wars regarding the actual species of Lenny, let's first verify that this book (The Meltdown) is actually officially licensed. Amazon does not indicate this information, which means this could be speculation despite especially considering the 1 month gap between film and book release. - Okay, I simply thought the book was reliable because it has been released a month before the movie, but if in your opinion we should investigate it further, that's perfectly fine with me. If you notice, Lenny would seem similiar to Shira, having shorter fangs and a less-pronounced jaw, so it's possible that he was simply a fat saber-tooth tiger, that would have appeared similiar to Shira if he wasn't fat, and different from Soto, Diego, Oscar and Zeke. - let's fully investigate things if we want to accurate since that is what you are insisting or wish. I am fine with diving deep but do not have as much time to do so. If you or others can find sources to verify, that would be best. getting a hold of the book (library should have it) would give a definite view. if Twentieth Century Fox, Blue Sky Studios validate then its fine. - I think I found a proof that would confirm that the essential guide is a reliable book. It's possible, on Amazon, to see the preview of some pages, including this: ? cb=20170810134303
- Do you think it can convince us that it is a reliable book? Sim0ns11 (talk) 13:45, August 10, 2017 (UTC)
