HR-XML was founded in 1999 as a standards membership consortium, through the reputation of this organization and its volunteers we have grown to be the premier HR technology standards organization.
The next step in this growth is the founding of the HR Open Foundation. The Foundation will focus on education and improvement of the employment experience.
