BEERWIRE— With local brewery Saint Arnold set to release its second Bishop's Barrel beer on Monday, Ronnie Crocker takes a deep dive into its barrel aging program. The move to an expanded facility downtown allowed Saint Arnold the room to store 200 barrels that it uses to age different kinds of beer. [Beer, TX]
