A Kemah restaurant once featured on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives is in the middle of a lawsuit from a customer "who alleges he was injured by a restaurant manager." Specifically, the injuries were a broken nose and a concussion.
T-Bone Tom's patron Justin Turner claims that restaurant manager Bruce Cote "punched him in the face and threw him to the ground" when Turner did not leave promptly at closing time. Turner "suffered a broken nose, a concussion and injuries to his eyes" as a result of the scuffle and is now suing for damages.
