The Utaru Protector is a very rare outfit in Horizon Forbidden West.

Description

At base, the Utaru Projector provides +2 to Low Health Regen and +1 to Low Health Defense and Potion Proficiency.

The Utaru Protector can be upgraded up to five times. Upgrading to level 3 provides a +2 Valor on Impact weave and a second modification slot.

Acquisition

The Utaru Protector is obtained by speaking with Alva after completing Forbidden Legacy. She can be found at the Base if Singularity hasn't been completed, or at Legacy's Landfall if it has.
