Atbay Global Infrastructure was an Old Ones conglomerate headquartered in San Francisco, California.
History[]
Founded by Kenzo Sasaki in October 2023, Atbay was known for its development of various technological products, from drones to infrastructure enhancements, such as their 2049 partnering with the Netherland-based company Cape Vertegaal in order to segment San Francisco into flood control zones, preventing catastrophic flooding.[1]
The company's most successful drone model was the Dragonfly-6. The headquarters contains several works of art, such as a sculpture commemorating the company's 25th anniversary and an Larsen-McCorry award for Sasaki's daughter Eileen's contributions.[2]
Eileen discovered that the Atbay flood control project known as "Omuramba" was polluting citywide water supplies with bacterial growth, sickening thousands of residents and killing at least 400.[3] Eileen initially covered up for the company to protect her father, threatening researchers and data handlers in charge of Omuramba. However, after talking to her father, Eileen had a change of heart and decided to expose him to save San Francisco.
Following her father's departure from the company, Eileen became the CEO of Atbay. She vowed to improve the Leviathan system, sparing no expense.
