Created by Jeremy Brock and Paul Unwin, the medical drama Casualty has been airing on the BBC since September 1986. The series focuses on the daily trials and tribulations faced by the staff of Holby City Hospital's Emergency Department and the Holby Ambulance Service.

In a special episode following the Holby paramedics, Teddy asks if he and Jan can be a team today and, backed into a corner, Jan reluctantly agrees, leaving Sah and Iain to team up. The shift gets off to a bad start when Iain accidentally misgenders Sah, and then both paramedics, particularly Sah, are shaken on their first job when they find a woman who has been dead for months. Iain encourages Sah to talk about it but they dismiss it. They're then sent to an elderly man who has fallen out of bed and has already been waiting two hours.
Paula fights for custody of Ena in court, and Marty finally discovers Adi’s secret.
Jacob wants more from Connie, but will she be able to make the time for their relationship with mounting pressures on the ED and an increasingly disillusioned Will.

Technician
A spin-off of Casualty created by Tony McHale and Mal Young, Holby City ran for 23 years between 1999 and 2022. Set on the wards above Holby City ED, the series focused on the hospital's surgeons and ward nurses fighting to treat patients whilst dealing with the politics of health and their own often tumultuous personal lives.

Josh and Chloe try to allay Ange's fears as she prepares for the life-saving transfusion on her unborn baby, and Lucky feels vindicated when she finds evidence against Jeni - but her triumph is short-lived. How far will Jeni go to protect her secret?

Rashid Masum is a clinical fellow who works in the Emergency Department of Holby City Hospital. He joined the department in 2017 as an F1. Rash started his F1 rotation in the Emergency Department as a bag of nerves and found the idea of helming resus daunting and nausea-inducing. Through mentors like Alicia Munroe and David Hide, new-found friends like Bea Kinsella and his fledging relationship with Gem Dean.
