This gallery was located on the first floor of the Great Hall at Hogwarts Castle, overlooking the hall at the front and providing some storage space at the back. Like most galleries in medieval halls, it was likely used for music.[1]

After disguising themselves as Phineas Nigellus Black with Polyjuice Potion, the new fifth-year student hid here as the potion wore off.[2]
